EN 62471:2008 · Photobiological Safety of Lamps and Lamp Systems
Evaluates whether light exposure creates hazards to skin or eyes across actinic UV, near-UV, retinal blue-light, retinal thermal and infrared categories. The tested Wrist Bro samples received the standard's lowest-risk classification.
FCC Part 15 Subpart B · ANSI C63.4:2014
Evaluates radio-frequency emissions from consumer electronics. Class B is the stricter consumer limit and is more rigorous than the industrial Class A limit. The tested device satisfied the Class B requirements for consumer devices sold in the United States.

Measures electromagnetic emissions and immunity, including electrostatic discharge, RF-field susceptibility and disturbance power. These standards are required for EU market compliance, and the tested Wrist Bro device passed the listed requirements.

Twenty-four component samples were checked for restricted substances including lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBB, PBDE and regulated phthalates. Every reported result was below its applicable limit.
WAVELENGTH VERIFICATION
Both specified wavelengths were measured using EVERFINE spectral analysis equipment across multiple production units—not estimated or approximated.
The laboratory measured the visible red LEDs in six independently tested production samples. The report verifies the light's emitted wavelength; it does not measure an individual medical outcome.

WHAT EXEMPT MEANS
EN 62471 sorts light sources into four risk groups according to tested photobiological hazard potential. Wrist Bro model QZ-808 was classified in the Exempt Group after all five evaluated categories passed.
